Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Take calls and work through computer applications simultaneously.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
- State Farm Experience a Plus w/Higher Starting Potential
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Life and Health license Preferred

Compensation $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
